• NEBOSH in Construction General Certificate.
• NVQ Level 5 in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Qualified First Aider
• Qualified Fire Marshal
• Manual Handling Trained

Professional Experience

• Participates in the Trainer Coaching and Development Program and completes action plans created to focus on trainer performance improvement.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
• Assess trainee progress and provide feedback to trainees regarding areas of improvement and development.
• Provides status updates to Trainer Manager.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.

Experience

• 2 Years In Transport & Distribution
• 5 Year in the Construction Industry
• 5 Years In the Armed Forces.
