From a Cat ‘B’ car licence to a Cat ‘C1’ LGV 7.5t licence)

• Cat C1 - Starter pack
  • Medical appointment – booked for a time convenient for you
  • 3 x DVLA theory tests (CPC not required for ambulance) - we book these for you
  • Access to our theory portal which has all the information you need to pass theories first time – as long as you study
• Cat C1 - Practical training
  • 2 days on road with truck and trainer including your 3 x DVLA tests (CPC not required for ambulance)

From a Cat ‘B’ car licence to a Cat ‘C’ LGV class 2 licence

• Cat C - Starter pack
  • Medical appointment – booked for a time convenient for you
  • 3 x DVLA theory tests – we book these for you
  • Access to our theory portal which has all the information you need to pass theories first time – as long as you study
• Cat C - Practical training
  • 3 days on road with truck and trainer including your 3 x DVLA tests

From a Cat ‘C’ LGV class 2 licence to a Cat ‘C+E’ LGV class 1 licence

• 3 days practical training - truck trailer and trainer provided
• This includes your 2 x DVLA tests 3a & 3b
• All training material provided

Medical Examination Report (D4)

Don’t worry if you haven't had or scheduled your medical this is included in your starter pack.

Driver Qualification Card (DQC)

You don't need to hold a current Driver Qualification Card (DQC) to apply or train, but let us know whether or not you do hold a DQC. You can find out more about renewing your DQC here.
