Access fully funded HGV/LGV driver training courses at Monex Academy using a Personal Learning Account (PLA) from Welsh Government.
A PLA allows you to obtain new skills and qualifications to change your career or progress with your current employer.
Driver training is fully funded by Welsh Government.
Monex Academy offers the following courses under the scheme:
- LGV C1 – Drive vehicles between 3.5T – 7.5T – this license is needed to drive Ambulance and most supermarket delivery vehicles.
- LGV C – over 3.5 T but not exceed 32 T rigid vehicle
- LGV CE – over 3.5T articulated and drawbar combinations max 44T
- LGV C to CE – bridging course to go between the two types
