Monex Academy accepts all funding from other companies. We currently work alongside various grant funding from the Welsh Government such as PLA via Coleg Gwent, ReAct, aswell as England based companies.
To be able to access fully funded HGV / LGV / PCV driver training courses at Monex Academy, using a Personal Learning Account (PLA) from Welsh Government, Click here (opens in a new tab/window). You need to apply directly and then be referred through to Monex Academy.
Monex Academy offers the following courses under the scheme:
- LGV C1 – Drive vehicles between 3.5T – 7.5T – this license is needed to drive Ambulance and most supermarket delivery vehicles.
- LGV C – over 3.5 T but not exceed 32 T rigid vehicle
- LGV CE – over 3.5T articulated and drawbar combinations max 44T
- LGV C to CE – bridging course to go between the two types

Please note that funding is person specific and may not always be available. Monex Academy does not offer funding directly, but we can offer payment plans for those who are unable to gain funding and would still like to take one of our courses.
